We will deliver to your venue a purpose-built hog roast oven, along with enough gas for the job.

We will set the oven in position and give the operator a demonstration and sufficient training to run the machine.

Then it is up to you to supply the meat, cook, carve, serve and enjoy your event.

We supply to your venue the hog roast oven and the pig, lamb or beef joints when we deliver the purpose-built hog roast oven, along with enough gas for the job. We will set the oven in position and give the operator a demonstration and sufficient training to run the machine.

Score, season and mount the pig, lamb or meat in the machine ready for you to turn on, cook the meat and carve in your own time so you can relax and enjoy the experience. We will collect the oven the next day.

A quality hog roast with an American twist. We will serve it in your venue or out of our own Marquee/Gazebo. (Extra staff in attendance for large numbers).

This package will include everything in the traditional hog roast menu. The American way to serve the meat is by way of pulled pork.

This package is suitable for a minimum of 100 people and will include the following:

• We will cook the hog in our large purpose-built oven, carve, shred and mix the meat with our delicious specially prepared American style BBQ sauce
• Large free-range local pig cooked to perfection with the best crackling
• A chef and waitress will serve your hog into quality large white or brioche rolls from our award winning baker
• American style sauces such as chipotle sauce, American mustard, and American BBQ sauce
• A wide range of English style sauces and condiments

We provide quality biodegradable disposable napkins, plates etc.

Here at Lakeland Hog Roast we also offer the most wonderful and comprehensive barbeque for any event. The BBQs are cooked to your liking by our chef and served with our fully trained staff.

We serve the barbeque with enough top quality five inch bread rolls for everyone made by our award winning baker Seasons Bakery. 

Our barbeques come with a full range of condiments, relishes and with any of our side options such as new potatoes and salad options.

All our meat (except for the exotic meat) comes from local farmers and is free-range. Please see a sample of our selection of meats below:

• Full range of quality steaks
• Pork ribs with or without BBQ sauce
• Real Cumberland sausages from right here, the home of the Cumberland sausage
• 6 oz Aberdeen Angus steak burgers
• Chicken thighs in our special marinade
• 6oz Pork and apple burgers
• Homemade pork/beef /chicken or even venison kebabs with peppers and onions
• Venison steaks/sausage or burgers
• Wild boar sausage or steaks
• Any exotic meat such as kangaroo, ostrich, llama, alpaca, buffalo. (The exotic range is dependent on what we can source at the time of booking.)

• Traditional hog roast served in quality buns from our favourite award winning bakery

• 100+ quality sausages or 100+ quality pork and apple burgers or 100+ quality beef burgers (OR a mixture)

• Hot new potatoes smothered in butter and parsley or potato salad

• A choice of 3 options from our extensive salad selection

We provide quality disposable biodegradable plates and cutlery.
