Catering is what we are doing best, however we can also offer services such as rent a wishing well and/or get your own carnival attractions.

Our Meat Range

Only the top-quality and locally sourced meat will be used for your special event. This ensures good provenance and regular supply for either roasts or barbecues. We provide pork, beef, lamb, venison, other meats and some exotic meats. On certain meats and on request, we will source the cuts from Lakes Speciality Food. This is because they deliver dried-aged meats from their Himalayan Salt Chambers.

Other Food Options

We can accommodate your guests who would prefer a vegetarian or vegan option; and, we can cater for special dietary requirements upon request and availibility.

Amongst our other food options you could have a fish & chips unit, a salad bar, desserts, a chocolate fountain, pizzas or gourmet burgers etc.

We usually cover a 50 miles radius area from our base. However, we can drive through Wales, Scotland and other parts of the U.K. on special requirement. Our services range from providing you with the required equipment and train you on how to use it to a full-blown event with staff, bar, smart plates and cutlery.

Over one thousand bricks cover the walls of the Himalayan Salt Chamber. As a result, it forms the Lake District’s largest dry-ageing salt chamber.
The control of the humidity, temperature and UV lighting creates a balanced environment. This is why it leads to an optimum meat maturation for beef, lamb, pork and venison.
