We will cook, carve and serve the Hog Roast in your venue or out of our own Marquee/Gazebo. Extra staff will be in attendance for larger numbers.
This package is suitable for a minimum of 100 people and will include the following:
- Hog Roast oven
- Large free-range local pig cooked to perfection with delicious crackling
- A chef and waitress will be present to serve your hog into quality large white rolls from our award winning baker Seasons Bakery
- Lashings of bramley apple sauce and stuffing
- A wide range of condiments, relishes and mustards
Served with quality biodegradable disposable napkins and plates etc.
Please note that it can be served with crockery and stainless-steel cutlery at extra cost.
